Who is Eligible ?
WHO IS ELGIBLE TO JOIN THE PLAN ?
The Plan is applicable to non-Japanese citizens and their families
while visiting or residing in Japan,
regardless whether you are a tourist or resident.
A dependent who is Japanese but also has a non-Japanese citizenship
can also be included in the Plan.
Individual, Family, and Group Plans are available.
It is the only Health Plan created specifically
for foreigners visiting or living in Japan.
The applicant's age must not be less than 15 years old
nor more than 60 years old.
For the Family Plan,
children must not be less than 1 year old nor more than 17 years old.
